- All inflatable rentals will be delivered the morning of your event (between 8:00 am - 2:00 pm) unless other arrangements have been
made. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Inflatables will be picked up the following day. Inflatables must be unplugged overnight.
- The customer shall be liable for any damage resulting from the misuse of the equipment which includes but not limited to, contact
with sharp objects, use of silly string in or around the unit, excessive persons inside the unit. No shoes, food, drinks, toys, silly string, confetti,
balloons, wet face paint, or sharp objects are allowed inside the inflatable.
-Customer will be responsible for costs of repair, replacement or an excessive cleaning fee. Please treat our equipment as if it was your own.
- The customer agrees to unplug the inflatable in the event of extreme weather conditions, including heavy rain, lightning, strong
winds, or gusts exceeding 15 mph.
- The customer shall pay the rental fee in full 24 hours prior to the event. Full refunds will only be given if the customer cancels prior to us departing to your event. Credit card processing fees are NOT refundable.
- The customer understands and agrees that an adult must be present at all times to supervise the inflatable or other equipment being
rented to ensure the safety of all participants.
- No horseplay or flips are allowed. Do not overload the inflatable with an excessive amount of children.
- In the event of rain, the unit must be powered off and then be towel-dried prior to use again.
- The customer shall promptly report any issues or malfunctions with the equipment to Party Authority LLC. 732-580-8459
- Party Authority LLC shall not be responsible for any electrical issues that occur after we leave the event location, provided that the
equipment was properly set up and working upon our departure.
-Party Authority LLC shall not be responsible for any damage caused to under ground sprinkler lines, utility lines or grass.
- Party Authority LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate the rental agreement if the rental location is deemed unsafe or if the
customer fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
-Inflatables cannot be set up on any uneven ground, steep
inclines, sand, or any rock type surface. You must notify us if the unit will be set-up on any type of hard surface. (concrete, blacktop)
We must be able to secure the inflatable to the ground.
- Customer understands and acknowledges that play on an amusement device entails both known and unknown risks including, but not
limited to, physical injury from falling, slipping, crashing or colliding, emotional injury, paralysis, distress, damage or death to any
participant. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Party Authority LLC harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings,
costs, expenses, fees, damages and liabilities, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising by reason of
injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of the leased equipment. This includes,
but is not limited to, the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of the equipment. Customer hereby
releases and holds harmless Party Authority LLC from injuries or damages incurred as a result of the use of the rented equipment.
-Party Authority LLC cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for injuries as a result of inappropriate use, God, nature, or other
conditions beyond its control or knowledge. Customer also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Party Authority LLC from any loss,
damage, theft or destruction of the equipment during the term of the lease and any extensions thereof.
