  • How can I rent inflatables from Party Authority LLC?
    You can rent inflatables from Party Authority LLC by visiting our website and hitting the "BOOK NOW" button or contacting us directly. We will guide you through the rental process and help you choose the right inflatables for your event.   • When will my inflatable be delivered and picked up?
    All inflatable deliveries are made the day of your event between 8:00am and 3:00pm. We will contact you the day before to confirm, as well as provide you with a narrower time frame delivery window. We will do our best to get to everyone as early as possible. Our dunk tanks are typically delivered the day before your event. We will contact you if this is the case. Your inflatable will be picked up the following day. There is no additional cost to you. You must unplug the blower motor overnight. You do not have to wait for us on pick-up day unless the inflatable is in a locked gated area. If the extension cord had to be run through a window or under a garage door, please be sure to unplug same and leave it outside. Please have a clear path for us to the inflatable location prior to our arrival, as well as a dedicated 20-amp electrical outlet available. The inflatable must be within 100’ of the electrical outlet. The inflatables cannot be brought up stairs, brought through narrow passage ways or lifted over fences.
  • How do I pay for my rental?
    You can pay via our website when you book your rental by either credit card, PayPal or Venmo. We do not charge the 4% fees most businesses are passing along to customers these days.*(See refund policy in regards to fees) You may also pay at the time of delivery either by Cash, Check, Zelle, or Venmo. Please note that payment must be made in full on or prior to your delivery date. Checks can be made payable to “Party Authority LLC” *We suggest you pay at the time of your delivery. Although we do offer refunds if you need to cancel. We must charge a 4% processing fee in order to do this. This fee will be deducted from your payment. If you choose to reschedule, there would be no additional fee.
  • Are there any additional costs besides the rental fee?
    All our prices include delivery and setup if your event is within 10 miles of Marlboro township. 07746 We may charge additional fees for delivery depending upon your location. We will let you know the final price at the time of booking or you may call to inquire if we deliver to your area and if a delivery charge may apply.
  • What if it rains the day of our event or we need to cancel?
    We understand that due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances you may need to cancel your event. That is why we offer a 100% refund so long as you cancel prior to us departing to your event. All you need to do is call or text us at 732-580-8459. You can also email us at partyauthorityllc@gmail.com. We will also reach out to you if there is rain in the forecast for your area. Party Authority LLC reserves the right to cancel any event with extreme weather conditions in the forecast. Our only exception to our 100% full refund policy is if you have already paid in full via a credit card, PayPal or Venmo a 4% fee will be deducted from your refund. You also have the option to use that amount in full for any future booking without a fee being deducted. All refunds are issued back to you by your original payment method.
  • Can you explain your free overnight rentals?
    What is free overnight? We understand that sometimes the party lasts longer than planned, so we offer a Free Overnight Rental option for added flexibility. Instead of the standard 6-hour rental block, renters can keep the inflatable for the entire day, allowing guests more time to enjoy the fun. The team will return the following day to retrieve the equipment. Important Details: Inflatable Preparation: We require that the inflatable be set up and fully inflated when the team arrives for pickup. This will help shed any water and allow the unit to drain properly before the team reclaims it. Pickup Time: The Free Overnight Rental is not a 24-hour rental. The rental items will still be available for other customers the following day, so the team may arrive as early as 7:00 AM to collect them. If an extension cord had to be run through a window or door, please be sure to unplug and leave outside. Please leave all gated in areas unlocked, we will be sure to close the fence gates when we leave.
  • What do I need to know about renting a dunk-tank?
    Our 500 gallon dunk tank will need an active water supply hose brought to the location of where the dunk tank will be set up. With average water pressure the dunk tank will take about 1 hour to fill up. The garden hose must remain in place during the duration of the rental. As participants splash in and exit the tank, water will be lost and that needs to be replaced. This is a safety issue as there must be enough water for the participants to land in the dunk tank safely. We will need at least a 6' wide opening if the dunk tank will be going into an enclosed area or a backyard. Please have the hose set up and a pathway cleared prior to our arrival. There is an additional $30 deposit for the 3 provided balls. Please leave balls inside the dunk tank when finished. Your deposit will be refunded, once the throwing balls are returned.
  • How much will it cost to fill the dunk tank?
    Our local water company charges $6.27 per 1,000 gallons of water used. Since our dunk tank is 500 gallons, you are looking at a little over $3.00 to fill the entire tank. This may vary slightly depending upon your specific water company.
  • What do I need to know about renting your water slide?
    First and foremost you will need a flat area of at least 35'x20'. You will also need to supply a garden hose that will reach the unit. Please be aware the water will remain on at a very slight trickle throughout the use of the water slide. Please ensure you have a dedicated 15 amp electrical socket. If you don't or plug in another item on that line, it may cause the breaker to trip thus allowing the water slide to deflate causing the water to leave the pool rapidly. You will then have to wait to use the water slide until you can refill the pool. (This will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour. ) *Party Authority LLC" will not be responsible for lost time if this occurs. We will only leave your event location once we see the water slide is fully inflated and you are not having power issues. You may then begin to fill the pool at anytime after that. Please have the garden hose already in place prior to our arrival.
  • How much does it cost to rent inflatables?
    The rental cost of inflatables can vary depending on factors such as the type of inflatable, its size, duration of rental, and your location. Our inflatables are very affordable and range in price from $250.00 - $650.00 for full day rentals.
  • How far in advance should I book inflatables?
    It is suggested to book inflatables as soon as you have confirmed the date and time of your event. Popular inflatables can get booked quickly, especially during peak seasons and weekends, so it's best to secure your reservation in advance.
  • Should I tip the delivery driver?
    Our delivery crew wants you to be totally satisfied with your rental experience. They will consult with you on a proper set up location and go over all operational guidelines and safety rules before they leave. They will also provide you with an emergency phone number should something unexpected occur during your rental period. 732-580-8459. Providing a high level of customer service is part of their job. While tips are never expected, should you feel that our crew provided you an exceptional level of service and is deserving of a tip, they are certainly ALWAYS APPRECIATED.
  • What types of events are suitable for renting inflatables?
    Inflatables are popular additions to a wide range of events, including birthday parties, family gatherings, school carnivals, community events, corporate picnics, and fundraisers. You can also choose to rent our inflatables for multiple days to keep your children busy during the summer months.
  • Can I set up inflatables in my backyard?
    Inflatables can typically be set up in backyards, as long as there is enough space and the ground is flat and free of sharp objects. Please have a clear path for us to the inflatable location prior to our arrival, as well as a dedicated 20-amp electrical outlet available. The inflatable must be within 100’ of the electrical outlet. The inflatables cannot be brought up stairs, brought through narrow passage ways or lifted over fences. Please be sure to measure first prior to booking if you are unsure if the inflatable will fit in your yard.
  • What happens if the inflatable gets damaged during my rental period?
    We require customers to sign our rental agreement that includes a provision for damage. If the inflatable sustains damage due to misuse or negligence, you may be responsible for repair costs. However, accidental damage, normal wear, or equipment failure is typically covered by us. Please notify us of any damages immediately.
  • Are there any safety guidelines I need to follow while using inflatables?
    Yes, it's crucial to adhere to safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all participants. Some common safety practices include limiting the number of users according to our recommendations, ensuring proper adult supervision, enforcing rules against rough play and flips, and avoiding the use of inflatables during adverse weather conditions. All inflatables should be unplugged during storms, lightening, heavy rains, and especially strong and gusty winds. Once these adverse conditions are over, normal operation may resume. It is suggested you towel dry the inflatable as they will be slippery when wet.
  • Can adults use inflatables too?
    Depending on the inflatable's size and weight capacity, adults can often enjoy them alongside children. However, it's important to check the guidelines provided by us to ensure the inflatable can safely accommodate adult users. As a general rule, adults can accompany young children while inside the inflatable but they are not to be jumping or bouncing inside as a child would be.
  • Who is Party Authority LLC and what types of inflatables do they offer?
    Party Authority LLC is a party rental company that offers a wide range of inflatables for rent. We have bounce houses, water slides, combo units, interactive games, dunk tanks and more. Please take a look at our photo gallery to see some of our past events. We were established in 1997 and only briefly shut down during Covid.
  • Does Party Authority LLC provide delivery and setup services?
    Yes, Party Authority LLC provides delivery and setup services for our inflatables. We will transport the inflatables to your event location and set them up properly to ensure they are ready for use.
  • What if I have an issue with my rental after the delivery driver leaves?
    We will not leave your location unless the rental is fully operational and ready to use. If by chance you do experiences issues please immediately contact us and we will help you trouble shoot the issue over the phone. In most cases it may just be a tripped circuit breaker. In extreme circumstances we will return to your location to help you get the inflatable back up and running. Text us immediately at 732-580-8459 with any issues or concerns. If we don't know about the issue while it is occuring, we can't help you.
  • Can I rent inflatables from Party Authority LLC for indoor events?
    Yes, Party Authority LLC offers inflatables suitable for both indoor and outdoor events. They can provide inflatables that fit within indoor spaces, such as community centers, gyms, or other suitable venues.
  • What are your safety rules/regulations?
    1. Always have adult supervision at ALL times, when children are in or around the unit. 2. Children must remove their shoes prior to entering the unit. 3. Keep the number of children in the unit at or below the number indicated in the rental agreement. 4. No horseplay or flips. 5. Absolutely NO gum, food, drinks, candy or silly string in the unit. These items, especially silly string, are very harmful to the vinyl. Violation of this rule can result in additional charges for cleaning. 6. Keep smaller children out of the unit when older children are jumping. Allow a separate time for just the small children to participate and enjoy the fun. 7. Do not move the unit from the set up location for any reason. 8. Do not use near water or when fireworks are being used or will be used. 9. Do not use in adverse weather conditions including but not limited to heavy rains, lighting, high winds, or gusts over 15mph. 10. Have Fun!
  • Do you provide inflatable rentals for parks, churches, schools, or block parties?
    We certainly do! As long as your venue allows inflatables and there is adequate space provided for our units. Please be sure there is an electrical outlet within 100" of the inflatable location. We do not currently rent out generators. If you call another company and they refuse to offer inflatable rentals for these types of public events, this is a red flag! In most cases this means they are likely not insured or registered with the state of New Jersey.
  • Do you offer rain dates?
    We can hold a second date if you have a rain date in mind. However this is not guaranteed. If we have an inflatable available of equal value we will provide it for you on your rain date. We may not be able to provide you with an inflatable if we are fully booked that day.
  • What should I do if it starts to rain during my event.
    If you decided to go ahead with your rental and it rains during the day you may do the following. Please turn off the unit and allow it to deflate on its own. Once the rain showers have passed you can power the unit back on and it will inflate on its own. The unit then must be towel dried prior to use. These inflatable become very slippery when wet and may cause injury if not dried off. In the event of lightning, strong winds, or gusts over 15 mph the inflatables must be powered off and not turned back on until the weather passes.
  • Are your inflatables clean and safe?
    Our inflatable units are deep cleaned weekly and sanitized after each rental. Our inflatables comply with ASTM international standards and adhere to safety measures set forth by the CPSC as well as other strict mandatory guidelines set by the state of New Jersey.
  • How should I prepare for my delivery?
    - Please have the driveway clear of cars and other obstacles when we get there as well as when we arrive later for pick up. - Please be sure that someone is present at the time of delivery to show us where to set up and pay any balance due. - Make sure a clear path of at least 3 feet wide is available for delivery to the set up spot. - If curbs, steps or stairs need to be negotiated, we may require the renter's assistance for delivery. - Select an open lawn area with enough clearance from tree branches and other obstructions. - If you are not renting a portable electric generator the source of electrical power must be NO MORE THAN 100 FEET AWAY. - The set up site should be relatively level, usually no more than an 8 inch slope per 10 feet. We will not set up the Inflatable under or near any electrical or telephone wires. Also, the inflatable cannot be placed near a swimming pool or any body of water. - We use 18" ground stakes to secure our inflatables. Please make sure there are no underground irrigation pipes and/or buried telephone cables or electric lines close to the perimeter of the set up site. The customer is responsible to mark all sprinkler lines and call safe to dig if required by law. Party Authority LLC will not be liable for damage to underground sprinklers or utility lines. - Clear the site of all sharp sticks, animal waste, large rocks and other large debris. If animal waste must be removed, please cover the spot to protect our equipment from any residue. - On hard surfaces like driveways or parking lots, please sweep or use a leaf blower to clean the area. Party Authority reserves the right to refuse rental if we deem the area to be unsafe, an excessive distance away, inaccessible, likely to damage or soil our equipment, or put our delivery drivers at risk.
  • Can I pick up my inflatable rental?
    Unfortunately, you cannot. Our staff is required to deliver and set up each unit. This is for the safety of the participants and to ensure a quality functional unit.
  • Will the inflatable harm my lawn?
    We cannot guarantee that the inflatable will not affect your lawn. In most cases, it will only temporarily flatten the grass, which should recover in a few days.
  • Do you have insurance?
    Yes. We carry a general liability insurance policy. Please note that all individuals and/or companies that rent from us are required to agree to the terms of our rental agreement prior to setting up the equipment. You can view our Party Rental Agreement below.
  • Can I see the rental agreement?
    Below is our Party Rental Agreement. You may download and print our rental agreement for your records. In order to book with Party Authority you must agree to the terms set forth in the below agreement. By booking, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the terms set forth in said agreement.
